Canada Day 2 & 3

Done with skiing for the day. Yesterday was great, almost no lines and the groomers were AWEOME! Today, it was amazing. We skied 10 runs in 4.5- 5hrs with one break. The downside was that the lines were long. Tomorrow will be a rest day for me so my calves can rest. I think I have bruises on my shins from my boots, which means I’m skiing right.

Canada Day 1

Well we made it! After 6 hours of driving and a stop at A&W we made it. I am already tired and I haven’t even skied yet. Time for dinner! More tomorrow…

Wow, I haven’t posted in a while. I think it’s the snow. I have been shoveling snow like a crazy person with my dad so we can go buy food and more warm clothing. Even though I got my college acceptance letter last Friday I still can’t believe I’m in college. It is really surreal since I have been waiting for this for so long. Well, at least all of my hard work paid off....

SNOW DAY!!!

So I am stuck in my house for the second day in a row because of snow. Don’t get me wrong I love snow, but it’s a pain when you can’t go anywhere because the city is built on seven hills. I guess that means I have to clean my room! Yay, organising things!

college

Well, I will hear in the next three days from Connecticut College on whether I get in or not. I’m not really that nervous. If I get in I will be the happiest person in the world and if I don’t I have other choices. Most of my friends have gotten in or deferred not denied which bodes well for me. There will always be some uncertainty and I’m at peace with that.
